About the Role:
As an In-Home Caregiver at ComForCare Home Health Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients in Hilton Head, SC. Join our compassionate team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve every day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with mobility and ensure their safety at home.
- Monitor and document client health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Administer medication and manage care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families to foster a supportive care experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Basic understanding of client health issues and medication management.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
